My formal education in design includes a BA in art and photography from the University of Oregon and a certificate in graphic design and web design from BCIT and Emily Carr in Vancouver, BC. Working in design and usability allows me to solve problems by mixing my creative, artistic flair with my skills in communication, marketing and technology. Design is a form of communication and good communication is at the heart of all successful products, services and relationships.
